Our Client is looking for someone to fill a DB/Reports/Support job in Greenville, SC

read article

Our client needs someone with strong database experience (SQL Server preferred) as well as someone who also can help with some user support, work with reporting services, and be able to wear a few other hats.  In addition, experience in SQL Server Reporting Services is desired.

Our client needs a hybrid that has strength in the database/reporting side of things but also understands users and can help assist/support as needed. If this person has some decent web experience that's a huge plus.

They use SharePoint as well so this person will probably be doing some integration with that platform.

I need experience with testing Relational Databases in a high transaction environment, Oracle is just our flavor. They are the biggest and most common but if the candidate understands PL/SQL and some other form of open source database like My SQL or equivalent, that might be OK. If the candidate only had SQL Server or MS Access level skills, that would probably be a disqualifier.

No specific testing protocols are needed but the candidate should be familiar with a quality testing tool such as Rational Rose Clearquest or HP/Mercury Quality Center. Any experience with an automated testing skill is going to be a big plus.
